Keep Track of Your Water Intake
Here is a great tip from a fellow health coach (who got it from a Cleanse participant) on keep tracking of your water intake if you work in front of a computer all day. Put 8 mini Post It notes along the side of your computer. Each time you have your glass of water, remove one. It is a great visual reminder on what you have done and how many more you need.
If you are in an out of your kitchen a lot, try downloading and printing a Water Chart to put on your refrigerator door. Simply put a check mark in the box every time you have your glass of water.
