How does soda impact your body

Most of us know drinking soda pop is generally not good for us.

But did you know drinking just ONE soda EACH DAY is equivilant to consuming 39 POUNDS OF SUGAR PER YEAR!

Yes, I did say 39 pounds! This overconsumption very often leads to: weight gain, bloating, headaches, corroded teeth, lack of energy, kidney stones, gas, cramping, increased risk of heart disease, and other serious health issues. Also, the carbonatioin can disrupt the absorption of important vitamins and minerals which could lead to osteoporosis.
It is time to evaluate if the soda your drink is really worth it.

Replace one soda each day for a large glass of water. Add some lemon, limes, or other fruit to your water to give it a burst of fruit flavor naturally!
