Healthy EggNog Smoothie
I love egg nog! It’s just a shame it’s so high in fat, calories and sugar!
The holidays can seem like a tortuous time if you’re trying to stay healthy. But not this year!
Why? Because I’m here to tell you that YOU CAN DRINK EGG NOG for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack!
Yippy! Yay! Happy Holiday!!
With the delicious Egg Nog Smoothie recipe below, you can have it anytime you want and without guilt! Made with vanilla-flavored, unsweetened almond milk (high in magnesium, potassium, and vitamin E) and a healthy protein meal replacement mix (proper balance of good fats, healthy protein and good carbs)- it’s becomes a decadnet smoothie you can enjoy for any meal.
