Fresh, Simple Antioxidant Treats
You just can’t beat raspberry and chocolate together!
My 15 year old daughter was in the kitchen with me when I was making up the oatmeal and raw cacao bites for my neices graduation. She wanted a snack and the bites weren’t ready. We had some fresh raspberries and a bag of 65% cacao chunks (in the baking supplies aisle). She took a raspberry and put a chocolate chunk inside and ate it. What a great way to come up with a healhty and super anitioxidant snack.
I decided to make up a small plate of them and sprinkle with coconut for my son and husband too. They loved them as well.
How to make:
Raspberry Cacao Bites Recipe: large fresh raspberries with a 65% cacao chunk put in center. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
I also made a plate with the snack bites I had finished. What a great little dessert or snack tray this made too. I love simple and delicious ways to whip up a snack/treat that the family and guests would love!
