These are great for meal-prep or a fast but healthy meal.

Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • chicken thighs (I used 1.5 lbs Kroger Simple Truth Organic, Skinless thighs)
  • avocado oil spray
  • Kinder’s The Blend seasonings (I love this stuff)

Directions

  1. preheat air fryer at 390′
  2. season both sides of chicken thighs
  3. spray bottom of air fryer tray
  4. add thighs in single layer, skin side down
  5. cook for 10 minutes
  6. flip thighs over, cook 6 more minutes
  7. add time until you get desired crispiness

Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Note: You can use frozen thighs, just add a couple more minutes of cook time.
