Crispiest Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
These are great for meal-prep or a fast but healthy meal.
Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- chicken thighs (I used 1.5 lbs Kroger Simple Truth Organic, Skinless thighs)
- avocado oil spray
- Kinder’s The Blend seasonings (I love this stuff)
Directions
- preheat air fryer at 390′
- season both sides of chicken thighs
- spray bottom of air fryer tray
- add thighs in single layer, skin side down
- cook for 10 minutes
- flip thighs over, cook 6 more minutes
- add time until you get desired crispiness
Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Note: You can use frozen thighs, just add a couple more minutes of cook time.
