There are so many ways to prepare and baked spiced sweet potato fries are always a hit at the dinner table (and let’s face it, good for a snack too).

Spiced Up Sweet Potato Fries

– 1-2 sweet potatoes

– coconut or EVOO

– sea salt

– pepper

– garlic powder, turmeric, Trader Joe’s 21 Season Salute or whatever seasoning you like.

Remove the skin and cut the ends. Waste no - Ikeep this and bake with the fries.

Slice into 4 or 5 parts depending on how thick you want your fries. The thicker they are the longer to bake.

Cut into 'fries' , coat in oil and spices before placing on tray evenly spaced and not touching each other. Line with parchment for crisper outside.

Makes for a great side dish with Slow Cooked Crock Pot Turkey Breast.
Also great with chicken breast or even port loin.
