Smashed Banana Pancakes + Chia
Full of fiber, omega-3’s., protien and potassium both kids and adults will love these. Made with just a few ingredients, they are sooo simple to make. They are GLUTEN, SUGAR and DAIRY FREE because there is no flour used.

Smashed Banana & Chia Pancakes
- Two large, ripe bananas
- Three eggs
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
Smash the banana’s.
Add the eggs to the smashed banana and mix together.
Add in vanilla, cinnamon, chia seeds and baking powder. Baking powder will help these pancakes rise a little (without, not rising at all) but you can leave out if you want.
Top with almond butter, blueberries and a dusting of cinnamon or other fruit of your choice or a side of avocado for a hardier, more filling breakfast!
