After trying Elizabeth Rider’s healthy hot cocoa recipe, I’m in love! This is now my favorite!!! And it’s so easy too! Thanks Liz!!!
Ingredients
- 1 14 or 16 oz can of coconut milk
- 1 ½ Tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tblsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Heat over medium heat, whisking well, until warmed to desired temp. Recipe from elizabethrider.com.
