Healthy Snack #7: Avocado, EVOO, Lime

You can’t get much better than a ripe avocado with a good quality olive oil, lime, sea salt and pepper.

  • fresh ripe avocado cut in 1/2, pit removed
  • 1 tsp EVOO
  • lime
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Drizzle the EVOO over top of 1/2 avocado still in shell, sprinkle a little sea salt & pepper and squeeze some fresh lime.

** Watching your calories, use 1/4 avocado (smashed) and eat with celery, cucumber or carrots.
