Guacamole With a Twist – Pea’s
Smashed Pea Guacomole
1cup green peas, fresh or thawed for a 5-6 minutes
1 large handful cilantro
1piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 avocados, pitted
1 garlic clove (minced fine and smashed)
1/4 red or yellow onion
sea salt and cracked pepper
Smash all of the ingredients together using the back of a large fork until well combine and the desired texture is achieved. (Or use a food processor starting with peas, ginger and garlic.
