Green Goddess Dip for Veggies + More
This is a great dip to serve as a side to any veggies, on a wrap or with delicious sweet potato chips or zucchini fries.
Green Goddess Dip for Veggies + More
Ingredients
2 avocado, chopped
1 cup non-fat (Fage) greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (or fresh bottle if necessary)
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Mix all together in blender or small food processor until smooth. Save a little chive to garnish with.
