Easy Summer Grilled Chicken
Rubbed & Grilled Chicken Breast
Rub one side of chicken breast with Montreal Seasoning.
Grill chicken on medium high heat.
*For best results, pound chicken first – it tenderizes it and it will come out moist and tender.
Make enough chicken for letovers so you have for lunch like I did above.
Great warm for dinner and cold for lunch on a hot summer day.
Serve with tomato’s drizzled with EVOO, sprinkled with sea salt and cracked pepper on Romaine. Also served with just a few brown rice crackers and fresh uncooked pea pods
