I’m an advocate for healthier living taking one step at a time. Fitness is one area that I am focusing on and I have to share this easy fitness tip with you.
Finding time to workout is challenging. Most people think you either have to go to a gym for hours everyday or go down to that boring, dark basement and workout. Over the next few weeks, I am going to share some simple, no-health-club-or-basement-required workouts that anyone can do, anytime (meaning at home, office or while traveling).
