French Vanilla Oats with Berries
- 1/2 cup (per serving) steel cut oats

- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP real maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS: Bring water to a boil and add mixture of oats and Nutrimeal™ – this adds protein and thickens the oatmeal. Top with toppings of choice.
Almond Butter Toast (snack)
- 1 slice multigrain bread, lightly toasted

- 1 half banana, sliced
- 1/2 TBSP raw honey
