These yummy and delicious almond protein snack balls from your Collaborative Coaches (see our video below) are a great snack to have made up and ready to eat. They are packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats and just plain ole goodness. They will fill you up at snack time, help reduce cravings between meals and give you energy so you can keep doing what you’re doing.
Makes 1 dozen. Serving size 1 -2 balls.
Mix together all ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls onto a parchment cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
Before refrigerating, rolls balls in coconut, shaved nuts, chia seeds, or even dark chocolate chips.
