Air fryers cook food by circulating hot air around it, resulting in crispy, flavorful dishes. You can use an air fryer to cook a variety of foods, including baked potatoes, chicken, salmon, pork chops, and sweet potato fries.  My favorite are chicken thighs! Make up for dinner or as meal prep, easy and tasty.

Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Time: 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • chicken thighs (I used 1.5 lbs Organic, Skinless thighs)
  • avocado oil spray
  • Kinder’s The Blend seasonings (I love this stuff, but use what you want)

Directions

  1. preheat air fryer at 390′
  2. season both sides of chicken thighs
  3. spray bottom of air fryer tray
  4. add thighs in single layer, skin side down
  5. cook for 10 minutes
  6. flip thighs over, cook 6 more minutes
  7. add time until you get desired crispiness

Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Note: You can use frozen thighs, just add a couple more minutes of cook time
