Just a cup of tea that I picked out one early morning as the sun was rising. I was sitting by myself, sipping the tea while looking out at the Bay of Rest with the sun shining on my face and I just got it.

I realized how important balance was with eating + in my life. It felt great to lose the weight easily without depriving myself; to have the energy, confidence and joy back in my life.

I knew then, the code was finally cracked.

    Don't have any weight to lose?

    Now worries! The Love Your Body Nutrition Challenge will teach you life long healthy habits, and help you detox your body. You'll get off sugar, gain energy, get a radiant glow and just feel great. (Who doesn't want this anyway?)

    What about my budget?

    You’ll receive 42 (7 days 2x day, 21 days 1x day) healthy, delicious nutrition smoothies for meals and 28 (1x day) yummy nutrition bars - all included in the cost - most people find that they actually save money on their grocery & food bills over the course of the program - a big bonus. Each smoothie costs around $3.40 or less and the bars less than $2.40 - way less than probably already spending. You'll have some shopping to do for fresh and frozen berries, fruit and a few other things to add some flavor to your smoothies too.

    Are the products healthy and free of artificial sweeteners?
