Here’s a delicious good morning green smoothie from my Love Your Body Challenge™ to get you ready for your day. Balanced with the important macronutrients protein, good carbs, fiber and a healthy amount of fat to make it a breakfast meal not just another high sugar, fat or calories smoothie.
1 MEAL serving.
- 1 cup purified water
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- 1 cup berries
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
Blend all together with ice cubes and drink up!
