Why should I join Be Healthy?
Exercising "when you remember" is not going to benefit your body, and eating right "when you feel like it" isn't going to do you much good either. Same goes for supplementation. You have to stay consistent with the routine, morning and night, with supplementation, to reap the full benefits of all your hard work and healthy actions. While you might not have time (or desire) to go through a full-on intense program, you do have time for Be Healthy with a healthy shake for breakfast and supplements for 28 days, and these two things together can have a huge impact on your health.
What will I learn during the 28 days?
It can be a little difficult to push yourself outside your comfort zone and try something new, even if it's a simple thing like trying to meal prep or plan out your healthy snacks for the week. But I will be encouraging you and giving you tips and ideas to support your success. I'll teach easy "food hacks", an easy idea or habit that, when applied over days and weeks, can make a significant impact on your eating habits. I'll show you how to easy it is to order when eating out, what to do when you're in a dinner pinch and simple recipes that you can make ahead to make your meals less stressful. And there is more. It's about continuing to work on those small, daily habits that create a healthy lifestyle that doesn't fall apart after the 28 days is over.
What happens at the end of the 28 days?
At the end of these 28 days, I want you to be able to look in the mirror and say, "I AM a healthy person. I DO make my health a priority. And I'm going to do it today, and tomorrow, and the next day too."
Will I be missing anything during the program?
We don't focus on what you're "missing out on"-- we focus on what you're gaining with healthy improvements to your lifestyle.
Why shakes and supplements?
No other health-related activity takes so little of your time each day than taking a high-quality supplement with your healthy breakfast shake.
