Avocado Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, cubed
  • 1 cup jicama, cubed
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. unrefined sea salt

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in bowl, adding the avocado last. Serve immediately or, for extra flavor, let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
